What is Inventory Management? Inventory Management is a broad term used to describe all processes and management related to physical stock or inventory. This includes: controlling and overseeing inventory orders, storing inventory, and tracking inventory within a warehouse. Inventory management also includes the processes related to order management, fulfillment, and quality control within a warehouse. |
What Are the Basic Terms of My Service? With Zenventory, you are not locked into a contract by signing up for our inventory management software service. Here are some of the general features of all plans
|
Is There An Order Limit? Will I Be Charged For Going Over? Typically, Zenventory does not set a limit on the number of orders in any pricing tier. For that reason, you never have to worry about additional charges or intermittent holds on your account. However based on the amount of orders you have we may quote a price outside of our published pricing. This is generally to cover costs associated with providing a dedicated server space to avoid potential latency issues. This is figured into the cost and quoted to you by a zenventory software specialist. If your account is experiencing issues with latency due to high volume contact your software specialist to discuss a possible dedicated hosting option for resolution. |
Can I Customize Access Levels for Users I Add to Zenventory? Yes! You are able to customize each users view/access to each function/screen within Zenventory. This is a highly customizable feature within Zenventory and works great for businesses with multiple users who use the system for different functions or for 3PLs who have multiple clients on one system. You can add each person within your organization to the system without worrying about them seeing sensitive information or anything they simply don’t need access to. Simplify the interface to make it easier for new users. |
Can I Onboard Myself and Avoid the Fee? No, in very rare occassions, clients can get thru the entire process without assistance. Most of the time, however, they will need to call us for help. We also want to ensure that when you do need help with something that you feel comfortable giving us call. Further, our goal is to eliminate any obstacles that could cause a poor user experience or frustration that causes you to not use the system all together. The beginning stages of the subscription are the most critical for your use of the system and our interests lie in making sure they are as smooth as possible. The onboarding fee also ensures that we are both invested into making this successful. The onboarding fee includes: immediate, one on one, technical support when you need it. In addition, once onboarding is complete, you continue to have live, one on one, technical support available M-F 6am-5pm MST. |
Is There a Charge If I Want to Add Another User To My Zenventory Account? No, Currently, Zenventory allows unlimited users in every pricing tier. 3PLs enjoy the same benefits as well. This is a substantial cost savings since most inventory management software providers charge per user. |
I Don’t See A Direct Integration To My Marketplace. Does This Mean I’m Not Eligible For Zenventory? No! Most of the time we can connect thru another app such as a shipping app or a shopping cart that you currently use. If you’d like to talk to a software specialist about your connectivity options contact us at 602-466-1706. |
Do You Take Feature Requests? If So, How? Yes we welcome your feedback and provide an easy way to do that here: https://zenventory.featureupvote.com/. Here you can submit any feature requests or add your vote to one that is already there.
