What exactly is package level verification?

Traditional fulfillment runs on pure trust: Pick the item, box it up, slap on a label. There are no checks in between. Instead, the warehouse hopes the picker grabbed the right size, color, and model on the first pass.

Package level verification adds a safety net. When you validate the items at the packing bench before the box is sealed, errors get caught inside your warehouse instead of at your customer’s front door.

What's wrong with just order level fulfillment?

Beyond skipping item checks, order level fulfillment treats an entire purchase as one rigid unit: It ships together or not at all. How does Pack Verify work?

Pack Verify splits packing into four steps ...

1. Pick: Pull the items off the shelf.
2. Pack: Place items into the box they will ship in.
3. Verify: Scan each item before closing the box. The system instantly checks the SKU, size, and color, flagging any errors on the spot so the packer can fix it.
4. Ship: The label stays locked until the box passes verification.
