Why we ship this often
Warehouse operations don't sit still, and neither do we. Carriers change label requirements, marketplaces change APIs, order volume spikes, and 3PL clients keep asking for more visibility.
Most of what we release comes straight from how customers actually use Zenventory. In these workflows, teams were clicking too many times, double-checking things the system should catch, or jumping into another tab to finish a job that should happen in one place.

Shipping and ZenShip updates
ZenShip handles rate shopping, label creation, and carrier connections inside Zenventory, so fulfillment doesn't depend on a separate shipping tool.

How we decide what to build
The best feature ideas do not come from us. They come from a customer on the warehouse floor asking a practical question like: Can we cut clicks out of this workflow? Can this be scanned instead of typed? Can a 3PL client see this themselves without the warehouse team doing anything extra?
We listen, then we build. If the answer makes orders move faster or mistakes get caught earlier, it goes on the roadmap, and the person who asked usually sees it ship soon after.
