NVO Services' previous system was not intuitive for rapid order shipping and batching orders, which hindered the overall efficiency of the warehouse environment. The company also relied on the system to keep accurate inventory, but it was failing to do so. It became clear that a stronger system was needed to address these issues.

NVO Services began the quest for a new system with specific objectives in mind: Optimize their warehouse environment and provide their customers with real-time visibility into their inventory. They also wanted a way for their customers to receive alerts for low stock and item allocation based on current order statuses.
