- Up to 3 lbs. in Zones 1 - 4: Last year's $0.30 increase becomes $0.40.
- 4 - 10 lbs. in those same zones: $0.45 increases to $0.65.

Effective July 12, 2026, USPS changed dimensional weight rules for Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select. This can increase the billable weight of large, lightweight packages when the calculated dimensional weight is greater than the actual weight.
